Scarecrow - LEE HI
I had a bad friday today :( Wanted to give blood but couldn't because my iron level was too low, and a rude teacher was trying to kick me out the blood drive when I stayed there a little bit to talk to my friends. Wanted to talk back lol but meh, ignored it... only 3 months I don't want to ruin my life like that LOL I'll wait until the last day hahaha. ----- Scarecrow. LeeHi's 2nd single, is an old song, not really old but it's written and composed by JYP back in 2008. I found out the song was for Park Bom's debut project (Bom actually sang this song in a Bigband concert in 2007) but the solo debut never happened, instead she debuted as a member of 2NE1 with "Fire." Back to Scarecrow, since I'm biased, I would say Hayi's version is better, her jazzy and soulful voice suits the song more than a powerful and strong vocal of Bom. I love it when Hayi sings songs like this, I can hear her real voice without autotune and her feelings she puts into the song is amazing. Anyways, talking about Lee Hi (I prefer to call her Hayi tho) the image YG is making for her is not that bad, it's just too YG LOL They're hip-hop while Hayi is jazz. If they know how to combine it well, it would be awesome! Look at what they're doing now, they still make the title song YG style, but the songs in album kinda Hayi's style, so I think I'm fine with that. ^___^ Hayi fighting!
